LEARNING: Knife Skills

Take your culinary creations to the next level, efficiently and safely.  Knife skills are a life tool that you can depend on time and time again.  By the end of class, you will have learned how to chop, mince, julienne and brunoise plus many other classic cut and tricks, all using the chef’s knife.  Class is conducted while standing at tables.  A light snack will be provided.  Masks are required.
