We are very excited to announce year 3 of Full Moon Dinners at Prospect Hill Orchards!

  Your experience begins with a refreshing mocktail (or Aperitif) as you take in the views and enjoy the company of your companions for the evening.  Our first of eight courses will be served promptly and the full moon will rise as we dine.  The evening is truly magical!  Word is out and we know this event will be a highlight of your summer.

Our Full Sturgeon Moon Dinner is inspired by the Ancient Silk Roads, from China to Rome.  Each dish will capture the essence of east/west culinary expansion from the second century to today as the silk traders brought spices and foods they discovered in their travels back home.

If you wish, come early in the day to pick your own fruit!  Prospect Hill Orchards is a working fruit farm with pick-your-own every weekend in summer through fall!
