Meat may be cooked a tad under your desired temperature to allow for re-heating.

As a side dish, how do you like your vegetables cooked? Do you have a family favorite that you would like to have prepared by our chef?

How would you like your meals packaged?

How do you expect to heat your meals?
Stainless steel containers do not go in the microwave, but do go from fridge/freezer to oven or stovetop. If you wish to microwave your meals, we will suggest you use Pyrex glass containers, which can do all of the above, plus be microwaved.
What is the ideal time a meal should take to warm up? Anything further we should know regarding preparing food for you so far? Would you like food prepared on your Grill? Would you like a meal left warming in your crockpot? Do you compost for the garden? Is there a special place the Chef should park upon arrival? Is your oven and all burners in working condition? Are there any quirks we should be aware of when using the oven/stovetop? Does the hood/ceiling fan in kitchen operate? This completes the Questionnaire. We will have time to discuss your answers at our scheduled consultation. If you have further comments, please list them below.
