Want to make those 30 minute meals in 30 minutes?
Learning how to work efficiently and safely with kitchen knives is truly a necessary life skill. It is the first place to start if you want to do more home cooking or begin a culinary career.
In our 2 hour class, Chef Lisa, owner of Simple Earth Cuisine, will walk you through the world of working with culinary knives. By the end of class, you will learn how to hold the knife properly and do many of the classic cuts such as chop, mince, julienne and brunoise.
This is a great class for ages 16 and above. Classes are limited to 8 students. Class is conducted while standing at tables. We will have a light snack prepared.

PRICE: $45 plus tax per student
Masks are required, but can be removed for eating. Class is conducted while standing at tables.
