BAKING: Tarts and Galettes

Just in time for the Holidays!  

Learn the art of working with pastry dough in a more artful way.  

In our 2 hour class, Chef Lori, will instruct how to make the perfect, versatile dough for tarts, galettes and more.  By the end of class, you will have made 1 tart, 1 personal size galette and other fun, hand worked pastry items to enjoy on site or take home.

This is a great class for ages 10 and above.  Classes are limited to 6 students.  Class is conducted while standing at tables.   You will enjoy a light snack that you prepare from scratch. 

This same class will be offered at 10:00am and 1:30pm

PRICE:  $55 plus tax per student

Masks are required, but can be removed for eating.  Class is conducted while standing at tables.
